HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping can get expensive therefore we have done our research and set a standard fee for international orders according to your country, we have found the best rates we can get and the most convenient shipping option from Hong Kong for you. ​Please note that Hong Kong Snack Box pays for the full shipping fee, however for any customs or additional VAT's in the receivers country (if any) we are not liable to it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SNACK BOX?
For international orders, we ship most of our boxes by HKPOST and the delivery time is 7-14 business days. If you are in a hard to reach place, it might take longer and it also depends on the COVID situation in your country.For domestic orders in Hong Kong, we deliver in 1-2 days and can take special requests for delivery date.​We provide partial tracking numbers for every international shipment and will be with you along the way incase there are any issues.
I RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS OR I AM NOT SATISFIED
Please note that during shipping there can be unforeseeable issues however we would try our best with the post office to send the goods as is. Incase there's any issues to the box we wouldn't be able to do a refund, however if there are any damaged contents inside please send us a picture through our Contact Us page, and our team would review it on a case by case basis.
